Things You Need
Fevicryl Modge Podge (Gloss), Fevicryl Acrylic Colours – White, Black & Crimson, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Glass Bottle, Decoupage Tissue Paper, Cobbler Thread, Fine Art Brushes, Pair of Scissors, Colour Palette
Step 1: Take Fevicryl Fabric Glue and wind cobbler thread around a glass bottle. Let it dry completely.
Step 2: Take a decoupage tissue paper print of Mexican artist, Frida and cut it out as shown.
Step 3: Take Fevicryl Modge Podge (Gloss) and stick the cut paper on the bottle by applying an even layer of Modge Podge over it.
Step 4: Leave it to dry. You can apply 2-3 coats for better sealing.
Step 5: Take Fevicryl Acrylic Colours – White, Black and Crimson.
Step 6: Mix Fevicryl Acrylic Colours White & Black to create a light grey shade.t
Step 7: Apply a coat of this shade to paint the area around the picture. Let it dry.
Step 8: Then use Fevicryl Acrylic White to paint freehand roses around the bottle as depicted.
Step 9: Finish the look by painting ‘Frida’ on the top using Fevicryl Acrylic Crimson.
